Goldfins Named to Team Sask Travel Tour Team
Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club members will join swimmers from across the Province to compete as members of Team Sask at the 2014 KSU 2024 Annual Wolfpack Invitational - June 7 - 9, 2024 - Kamloops, BC. Goldfins swimmers will compete in a prelims and finals meet format, offered for swimmers to gain experience competing against swimmers from British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
"This will be a good challenge for our swimmers, being a part of Team Sask comes with a heightened level of expectations, representing the provincial flag," said Steven Hitchings, Saskatoon Goldfins Head Coach. Hitchings was selected as a member of Team Sask's coaching team. "This meet is bringing together 500 swimmers from across BC and Alberta with the unique challenge of running prelims senior seeded as mixed gender. Swimmers are expected to place well at the swim meet and we are hoping to win some medals in meet record setting performances."
