What: A 1 hour pool session and 30 min talk with Olympic Medalist and Head to Head Mentor Emily Overholt
Who: Open to all swimmers 11 & under in W1, W2 & W3

Description: Emily will run a pool session and a talk with the swimmers on what I love about swimming, why swimming is fun, how to get ready for a swim meet.
