Boys meeting
Fueling for Growth and Development with Heather Hynes
An in person meeting with Heather Hynes for the boys in G2, B3 and G3 to talk about growing bodies and the different fueling needs that come with growth and training. The boys will leave the water at 7:30 and be asked to attend the 8:30-9:30 session at Craven.
