Fall Breakout - Regina
When: September 29-October 1, 2023

Who: W1, W2, W3, B12, B14, B18, G12, G14
Description: A timed final swim meet for all swimmers to get their first racing experience of the 2023-2024 season.

- Session 1: September 29, 2023 – 4:10 PM
- Session 2: September 30, 2023 – 8:40 AM
- Session 3: September 30, 2023 – 3:40 PM
- Session 4: October 1, 2023 – 8:40 AM
The team will depart Saskatoon on Friday, September 29th and will return on Sunday, October 1st.
- Athletes are asked to arrive at the SHAW CENTRE by 12:30pm on Friday, September 29th.
- Bus will load at 12:45pm and will depart at 1:00pm.
- The bus will depart Regina in the early afternoon on Sunday, October 1st, at which time you will receive an email from Coach Jennifer Robinson - jennifer@goldfins.ca stating an approximate arrival time back in Saskatoon.
- Pick-up will be at the SHAW CENTRE.
- For the bus ride, athletes are asked to bring:
- two full water bottles
- a healthy NUT and SHELLFISH FREE LUNCH, if they did not eat prior to departure, as well as
- healthy NUT and SHELLFISH FREE snacks
