What: A season start up date featuring group meetings with the group coaches, mental skills, Craven Sports and a nutrition sesson.
When: September 6th from 9am-12noon
Where: Shaw Center
Description: Swimmers will need to arrive on time and with a log book. The groups will move from station to station in 45 minute blocks.
