Saskatoon Goldfins Dazzle at the 2025 Man/S200ask Senior Provincial Championships!
The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club has once again proven its prowess in the pool by clinching the Top Saskatchewan Large Club title at the 2025 Man/Sask Senior Provincial Championships. The event, held in Winnipeg, MB from July 10 to July 13, 2025, saw 60 talented Goldfins swimmers compete against 38 other clubs. The Goldfins topped the Saskatchewan results with a remarkable 2,730 points, earning the Top Saskatchewan Club Award. Overall, they placed second, trailing behind Manta Swim Club, who amassed 3,048 points.
Record-Breaking Performances
The competition was a stage for record-breaking performances, with the Goldfins celebrating three new Long Course Club records. An Nguyen set new records in the Girls 10 & Under 50M Breaststroke with a time of 41.35, surpassing her own previous record. She continued her streak by breaking the 100M Breaststroke record, previously held since February 1992 by Leanne Maruk, with a time of 1:29.96. Zoe Gursky also broke the Girls 10 & Under 50M Backstroke record with a time of 38.17, besting the previous record set earlier in 2025.

The 2025 Man/SK Senior Provincials concluded with the 200M Medley Provincial Relays, where Team Sask claimed gold medals in the Female 12 & Under category.
