Record Breaking Weekend for the Goldfins Masters at Regina Masters Invitational

Goldfins Masters competed at Regina Masters Swim Club Invitational on March 30, 2025. Our 20. Goldfins Masters swimmers posted 59 personal best times and broke 11 individual Provincial Records.

Brooke Davidson broke 2 SCM Provincial record in 35-39 age category in 25M Backstroke with a posted time of 16.64 and 25M Butterfly with a posted time of 14.85.

Ted Murphy broke 1 SCM Provincial record in 50-54 age category in 100M Breaststroke with a posted time of 1:23.16

Chad Hankewich broke 6 SCM Provincial record in 40-44 age category in 50M Butterfly at 27.78, 25M Butterfly at 12.48, 100M Freestyle at 56.77, 200M IM at 2:27.43, 200M Freestyle at 2:10.61 and 100M IM at 1:05.51.

Charlene Zaiden broke 1 SCM Provincial record in age category in 25M Breaststroke with a posted time of 21.42.

Denise Gilewicz broke 1 SCM Provincial record in 60-64 age category in 25M Breaststroke with a posted time of 20.81.

A men 4 X 50M Freestyle relay team broke a Provincial record in 240-279 age category with a posted time of 2:34.61. Team members were Mike Levesque, Aaron Reynolds, Melvin Hitchings and Ted Murphy.
