December 2025: Saskatoon Goldfins Celebrate Stellar Swimmers of the Month

January 28, 2026

The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club is proud to announce the Swimmers of the Month program for 2026, celebrating athletes who show exceptional commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience. Each month, swimmers who embody these traits will be recognized. Excellence in swimming is not just about speed or wins but also perseverance, positivity, and team inspiration.

Swimmers of the Month are chosen for their pool performance, sportsmanship, leadership, and team spirit. They serve as role models, demonstrating that success in swimming combines skill, mindset, and teamwork.

This program highlights diverse talents and strengths, fostering a supportive community. It reflects the club's dedication to nurturing each swimmer's potential, valuing their journey as much as their achievements.

Chasen Weber (B3) - Chasen comes to practice every day ready to go. I sometimes see his car go to drop him off but—before it even stops, he’s already out the door and heading to the pool deck with the same enthusiasm every single time. He jumps into pool setup without being asked and brings that same energy straight into dryland.

Chasen has made major improvements in all four strokes this season. His consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and upbeat attitude have made him a reliable and motivating training partner.

At the PWI meet, Chasen earned three individual medals and dropped an incredible 52 seconds in his 1500 Free. With renewed confidence after a successful fall season, he now has his sights set on competing in the 14–15 age category. The competition will be fierce—but so will Chasen.  Congrats, Chasen.

Adelaide Bartlett (G2) - In the final months of 2025, Adelaide Bartlett has shown the grit and determination of a focused athlete. She has maintained outstanding attendance all season, and shows up at every practice prepared and ready to get to work as soon as she gets on the pool deck! Addie is a perfect example of how the little things add up over time. Since the start of the season she has been performing practices as they have been written up in the exact manner they are intended, and all her effort and attention to detail has led to her achieving her very first AA time at PWI in Winnipeg! Way to go Addie, keep up the great swimming!
